Service Details
We offer counselling, psychotherapy, and other mental health services in individual or group sessions. Consultancy and support areas cover same-sex attraction, gender dysphoria, porn and addiction, sexual trauma and other sexuality related concerns.
Client Journey
1. Enquiry
Fill in and submit our enquiry form. An Intake Worker will contact you within 3 business days via WhatsApp or email to follow up on your enquiry.
2. Intake
The Intake Worker will conduct an intake call to get a better understanding of your concerns.
A therapist will be assigned to your case and the Intake Worker will be in touch to schedule your first appointment.
3. Consultation
Details of your first appointment will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
Advance payment is required before you come for the first appointment.

FAQ
Can I choose my own therapist?
Therapists are carefully assigned by our intake team to match you with someone best suited to your needs. If you do not feel comfortable with the assigned therapist after the first session, please do let your intake worker know and we will work out a new arrangement.
Are there subsidies available if I cannot afford the full fees?
Subsidies and grants may be available, with eligibility determined on a case-by-case basis through a financial assessment by our intake team.
